The glass ionomer restoration cement Everest IX , with its high viscosity and increased wear resistance, is intended for restorations of classes I, II, III, and V. It is also suitable for filling work in the region of the grinding teeth and deciduous teeth, for restoration of the tooth stump, and for replenishing dentin volume using the “sandwich technique.” Exceptional aesthetic properties due to the glass filler provide high transparency, which changes little over time. The result is a natural aesthetic effect, previously unattainable using conventional glass ionomers. Supplied as a two-part powder-liquid system for manual mixing.
